Are you a talented, intelligent copywriter looking for a new opportunity in Leeds?

We're One Nine Nine, a marketing agency in Leeds delivering effective support for clients in the sustainability, food and tech industries.

We're looking for a talented content writer to join our expanding agency in Leeds.

You'll be joining a growing agency with an expanding portfolio of high profile, global clients.

You'll be working with passionate, personable and talented people with decades of experience, who really care about the quality of the work they do.

We have ambitious plans - and you'll be a part of these whilst benefiting from the opportunity to learn, grow and establish a successful career in the agency.

You're a flexible, talented copywriter with at least a full year's agency experience.

You understand how to write for different audiences, and are ready to deliver great content across a wide range of different materials including:

Blogs
Web content
Press releases
Editorial features
Social media content plans
Sales materials
Adverts
Branding projects

You're intelligent, a good researcher and love turning technical topics into engaging, easy to understand written content across a range of platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

Essential

1+ years agency copywriting experience
Flexible writing skills
A portfolio of work
Excellent research skills
Good organisation and time management
Confidence and initiative
Attention to detail
Creativity
Personality and communication skills
Able to commute to Leeds (or willing to relocate)

Desired

Experience writing for clients in one or more of the following sectors: food manufacturing, sustainability, agriculture, technology.
Social media experience
A keen interest in sustainability

- £20k-25k per annum depending on experience
