Description
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Management of the wider team including on-boarding and training of new starters
  • Organise and arrange online events
  • Deliver online programmes with confidence
  • Arrange and book all travel and accommodation on a large scale
  • Ensuring that agreements, contracts, quotes and proposals are put together clearly and concisely
  • Chasing outstanding invoices
  • Online training and accreditation

Profile

  • Highly independent, organised and detail orientated
  • Confident in managing a team of people including onboarding and training
  • Computer literate
  • Proactive, fast paced and adaptive to change
  • Able to deal with a high frequency of data and events
