Working from initial concept through to delivery, they work across a huge range of large-scale, high-profile events including employee engagement, brand experiences, experiential activations, product and fan events and PR stunts

THE ROLE

Working in a team of Producers and Project Managers this role is broad and covers almost every aspect of event creative and delivery from the moment the brief arrives through to watching it all come together on site including.

Preproduction planning
Contributing to creative meetings
Coordinating internal departments (creative, deign, events)
Liaising with external suppliers
On site logístical support and management
Event support and administration
Content creation for social media
Logistics management including travel and accommodation.
Conducting event research
