A very well established House Builder are looking to recruit two Site Managers in the Worcestershire area.

The Role:

As an experienced housing Site Manager you will be the appointed person to lead a team of staff, as well as subcontractors and suppliers.
You will the ensure safe, timely, and highquality completion of each project assigned.
You will be the main point of contact for the Client.
The role will involve programming works on site and complying with Quality and Health and Safety standards and managing subcontractors.
You will chair prestart meetings and manage site budgets and maintain site records.

About You:

The successful applicant must have Site Manager experience working with Housing Association
You will ideally have experience in Traditional build houses and apartments
Excellent communication skills.
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
