    Description

    Are you an exceptional leader looking for a new challenge? As the Human Resources Director at Hays Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 in ensuring that all Employee Relation cases are handled efficiently and effectively. This includes managing disciplinaries, grievances, performance issues, absence, sickness, TUPE and redundancies. You will also be responsible for maintaining stakeholder and shareholder relationships and delivering the HR strategy.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Leading the HR team to ensure effective management of employee relations
    • Managing and resolving disciplinary and grievance procedures
    • Coordinating performance management processes
    • Maintaining stakeholder and shareholder relationships

    The salary for this role is approximately $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. What's more, you'll enjoy a range of benefits including generous bonus and long-term opportunities for career development.
