**The Role - Behaviour Mentor
**For this role, I am actively recruiting for a confident and proactive Behaviour Mentor to provide 1:1 support to students in a ASD school. You will be required to work closely with post 16 students who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum andcan display challenging behaviour. You will need to build a rapport with the students by providing academic and emotional support, encouraging them to enhance their social skills and engage with independent learning methods. Due to the needs of the students,the ideal Behaviour Mentor will need to have experience working with children or young people who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum, have Complex Needs or challenging behaviour. This role requires full-time commitment on a long-term basis.
**ASD School - Behaviour Mentor
**This thriving ASD school is located in Ealing and caters for students aged between 4-19 years old with Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. They currently have 157 students who attend the school and an Ofsted rating of 'Good'from their last inspection in January 2018.
