Description
Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient and experienced Housing Officer to work a 9 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave

Working for a well known Housing provider you will be based and primarily covering the Liverpool region

This role will be in the office full time - There is no homeworking

The Housing Officer responsibilities include (not exclusively):

  • All housing management functions for designated clients;
Lettings

Rent Arrears Control

Void control

Tenancy management

Booking in and leading Tenant/Agency liaison meetings
