A Prestigious & Quality Award Winning Residential Developer are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to oversee a brand new site in North Leicestershire.

They are a Quality focused business that are based in the East Midlands and are experiencing excitinggrowth, so there is a great opportunity to progress up the ladder to Project Manager with the second phase.


About You:


  • SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
  • NVQ Level 6 or equivalent (desired)
  • Background in New build residential projects
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
  • Quality focused, eye for detail
  • Customer driven
