10/02/2023- We are fully supportive of home working most of the time.- There will be a requirement to head into your closest office occasionally for collaboration- Salary is paying around £65,000 with a £5,500 car allowance and up to 15% annual bonus.


About the role:


We are just starting out on our Cloud transformation journey, and you will be front and centre of that The role of Lead Data Solutions Consultant is to be the authority on the definition, processes and systems architecture.


You will provide expert mentorship as part of delivering new and innovative capabilities (frameworks, platforms, development infrastructure, documentation, tooling and coaching) that will enable Network Expansion's growth ambitions alongside a vision of becoming a data-driven organisation.

We look to empower individuals and teams by giving them the best tools to interrogate all of our data. Those tools range from pre-canned reports to prescriptive analytics and also using the latest in self-data discovery and visualisation.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proven understanding and ability to work using Microsoft SQL Server
  • Solid experience working as an expert Data Engineer
  • Strong database skills, including working with spatial data and shape files
  • Experience of designing data architecture and proven adoption of data solutions
  • Demonstrated consulting skills, including business partnering across the full project lifecycle
The other stuff we're looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Strong awareness of visualisation and reporting tools
  • Able to work effectively with Data Science teams and unlock the potential of Cloud AI
  • Ideally has knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
