Description

This is a Feb 2024 start and must able to commute into the London office 3 days per week.

As a data migration lead you will be working with a prestigious global organization and will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for defining new HR data definitions and new data models
  • Responsible for the data migration including data extraction, data cleanse/transformation and data reconciliations
  • Responsible for tracking and managing data quality issues
  • Responsible for planning the data workstream and managing multiple data analyst
  • Responsible for classifying and documenting HR data requirements
  • Responsible for defining reporting requirements.
  • Migrating historic data to an archive solution

Key skills you must have:


  • Exceptional power query skills
  • Excellent engagement with senior HR stakeholders
  • Multiple Workday data migrations cycles
