Description

This is a Feb 2024 start and must able to commute into the London office 3 days per week.

As a data migration lead you will be working with a prestigious global organization and will be responsible for:

Responsible for defining new HR data definitions and new data models
Responsible for the data migration including data extraction, data cleanse/transformation and data reconciliations
Responsible for tracking and managing data quality issues
Responsible for planning the data workstream and managing multiple data analyst
Responsible for classifying and documenting HR data requirements
Responsible for defining reporting requirements.
Migrating historic data to an archive solution

Key skills you must have:

Exceptional power query skills
Excellent engagement with senior HR stakeholders
Multiple Workday data migrations cycles
