Contract:
Full-time all year round


Hours:
Mon-Fri (weekend work as when required). Rotational hours - 8 hours per day including lunch break.


We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and conscientious person who is able to work as part of a committed and friendly Premises team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of premises and site related services to the upkeep of the school buildings and grounds.
  • To carry out statutory compliance inspections in line with the Good Estate Management Guidance specified by the Department of Education on schools maintenance.
  • To undertake administration duties with organisation of contractors and specified works.
  • To ensure the premises are safe and secure.
  • To ensure deliveries and assets are recorded in appropriate systems
  • To ensure that internal support requests for site related tasks are monitored and distributed amongst the team to meet service levels.
  • To organises documents related to site maintenance.
  • To distribute deliveries to various departments.
With this specific role, you will be offered the opportunity to undertake a range of training. You will be fully supported by the Premises team while undertaking this role.
