Job DetailsDuties will include:
- Providing a professional, 5* welcome to clients and visitors
- Establish strong relationships within the firm
- Answer and transfer calls via a switchboard system in a calm, polite & professional manner
- Receive deliveries and inform the relevant person of their arrival
- Monitor the security system issuing visitor fobs when required
- Booking conference calls
- Arranging taxis when required
- Assist in collating records/data for the barristers
- Ensure insurance certificates are valid and in date and assist with the renewal process
- Assist the team with amending policies
