• Booking viewings which will mainly be accompanied by you or our viewing team.
• Arranging Market Appraisals with the potential to be conducted by you.
• Negotiating offers for clients in achieving the best price.
• Providing daily feedback and client updates each week.
• Financial Services Referrals providing you with commission based earnings.
• Conveyancing Referrals (solicitors) with commission opportunities.
• Sales Progression of your personal sales through to completion.
• Property finding for waiting buyers on your database.
