The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a fast growing company with a great culture, based in their amazing new office located in the heart of London.
You will be supporting a team of 10 within a small investments/ private equity company.Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Diary management & scheduling meetings
- Processing expenses
- General office management
- General receptionist duties
- Answering the phone
- Project support and general administrative tasks
- At least 1 year experience as a Team Assistant
- Background in investments/ private equity is advantageous
- Need to be a go getter, proactive with a positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent use of initiative
- Can come in and hit the ground running
