Team Assistant

The Role


If you are looking for that next step up in a Team Assistant role then this could be the role for you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a fast growing company with a great culture, based in their amazing new office located in the heart of London.

You will be supporting a team of 10 within a small investments/ private equity company.


Duties include:


  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Diary management & scheduling meetings
  • Processing expenses
  • General office management
  • General receptionist duties
  • Answering the phone
  • Project support and general administrative tasks
  • At least 1 year experience as a Team Assistant
  • Background in investments/ private equity is advantageous
  • Need to be a go getter, proactive with a positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent use of initiative
  • Can come in and hit the ground running

This is a hybrid role
