Description
Key responsibilities of this Paid Search Associate position:
- Planning and creating paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads using best practices
- Meeting deadlines and working towards set targets to optimize return on investment from paid search accounts
- Conducting keyword research for products and financial market events that have the potential to increase reach and demand
- Creating compelling text copy and writing briefs for asset production, considering audience research and profiling
- Collaborating with the local marketing team to:
- Ensure keywords, ad copy, and landing pages align with the target audience and are in sync with broader marketing activities as needed
- Identify opportunities for paid search to support broader marketing initiatives
- Utilizing data and tools to analyze performance, solve problems, and report on outcomes
- Optimizing paid search to focus on targets, improve budget efficiency, and increase ad delivery and reach as needed
- Attending calls with stakeholders, suppliers, and the wider marketing team, providing updates on work completed, planned work, and performance overviews
- Keeping abreast of current affairs that impact financial markets as well as changes in the paid search ecosystem
Profile
Key requirements of this Paid Search Associate position:
- Experience working with 5+ figure budgets and managing multiple accounts/products
- Previous experience with Google Ads paid search and a solid understanding of the auction process, bid strategies, optimization techniques, testing methods, and account management
- Ability to produce strong ad copy to best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple programs in a dynamic work environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to participate effectively in discussions that lead to positive outcomes
