BDS are currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Co-Ordinator/ Administer for a retirement living service working around the Glossop SK13.


We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanor to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.

You don't necessarily need to have a housing background or equivalent for this role as we predominantly need someone with strong admin skills, who is methodical and organized and isn't adverse to customer contact with older people

Pay rate starting from £11.25ph PAYE - £ Umbrella

30 Hours per week working across Monday

  • Friday. Working hours are between 9am
  • 5pm.


This is a temp to perm role which you would be required to be a driver with access to a vehicle.

This role is in Independent Living Sector working with residents 55+


We are looking for someone to be the heart of the service and encourage resident engagement and help coordinate a smooth running service.

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
£11.22-£13.38 per hour
