Nottingham University Hospitals Trust is looking for a dynamic individual to join the Learning team as Technical & Systems Co-ordinator for a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role is pivotal to the success of the learning team and will have responsibility for the Trusts Learning Management System which holds all e-learning and is used for employees to book on to virtual or classroom sessions.
You will work closely with our e-learning Technical Specialist on the creation of new e-learning content, ensuring this is added to the system and is accessible by our circa 18,000 employees.

The Learning & Development Team forms part of the Learning & Organisational Development Department (Human Resources) at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
We are a well-established team that delivers on-boarding programmes, management development training, designs and develops eLearning, and manages the Trust-wide Learning Management System.
Detailed job description and main responsibilitiesResponsible for the co-ordination of the Trust's Learning Management System (currently OLM), Including but not restricted to the following activities;
Setting up course offerings for all required topics
Ensuring that classroom sessions are available and can be booked in line with the training schedule
Providing relevant e-learning content and ensuring that all links work and the training can be completed
Creating learner profiles where these are not done automatically
Assigning core competencies to learners ensuring that all requirements are added to, visible and reportable from learner dashboards
Ensures that all local e-learning content is up to date and that any previous outdated material is archived securely.
Support the HR Information team on the creation of internal reports relating to Mandatory Training and Appraisals through the provision of information they may require in a timely manner.
Support the Trust's e-learning agenda through obtaining and updating e-learning content and updating this on the LMS to ensure that the most recent content is being delivered.
Keep abreast of technology enhancements that will improve the service we deliver in making training and record keeping more easily accessible.
Be responsible for assigning user access levels to individuals in education across the Trust
Be responsible for ensuring that the Trusts wider training communities are competent in using the LMS through the provision of training, user guides, FAQ documentation and providing additional support to them as required.
Support the Topic Leads in the creation and maintenance of local training content in line with the SLA
Be competent in the use of audio and visual recording equipment to assist with the creation of training material.
Co-ordinate access to the most recent Mandatory Training material for use locally by the wider training community, and deal with any issues that may arise with technology.
Work closely with the Trainer with regards to the setup of classroom courses, delegate numbers and locations when the schedule is being created.
Represent the Learning team at meetings where knowledge of our LMS is required for decision making.
Responsible for pro-actively keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation, Trust policies and procedures to help ensure training materials are relevant and there is quality of
