Harmonic is proud to be retained by a revolutionary property technology start-up who are looking for a driven Senior Marketing Manager with experience in b2b SaaS or Enterprise Software marketing.

The company is backed by a Global multi-disciplinary engineeringconsultancy that provides sustainable and resilient projects worldwide. They have created an innovative efficiency performance tech tool that will be revolutionary in the global PropTech market.

Dubai Plan 2021 is worth approximately £6-£7 billion.

Its central pillars are smart technology and innovation which will provide upgraded economic and social services for the citizens and transform government into data-based smart solutions.

It aims to createa smart and sustainable city, which has in turn opened extraordinary opportunities for the company to grow and implement its new product in the market.

The company is based in Dubaione of the world's most heavily invested in regions but has a headquarters in London where this job will be based.

The Role


As Senior Marketing Manager, you will ensure thought leadership in the market to inform future strategy and protect revenue growth in future fiscal years.

In this high-visibility, high-impact role, you will have the opportunity to accelerate the businessat all levels and work collaboratively at the heart of the Go-To-Market process.


Duties

  • Partner with Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Management to identify and prioritize quarterly GTM plays (including strategy, messaging, content, campaigns, and enablement) that drive quality pipeline and ARR.
  • Translate the company's revenue objectives into a formal, cohesive solutions marketing strategy, including key imperatives that are solved for customers, how we solve them, and how we scale them through and with partners.
  • Work with leaders and individual contributors across organizations, prevent silos, and help to unify solutions strategies for optimal global impact.
  • Lead crossfunctional working group including product marketing, content, design, integrated marketing, sales development, sales strategy, and field enablement to orchestrate the development, execution, and operationalisation of scalable and measurablequarterly sales plays that deliver results
  • Collaboratively define success measures and reporting frameworks for implemented programs
  • Conduct regular program reviews with leaders, providing status updates and risk mitigation strategies
  • Define and implement a repeatable framework for GTM Plays including leadership touchpoints, comms plans, and a Handbookbased playbook.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute medium
- and long-term vision for the function

  • Participate in quarterly pipeline planning to ensure there is structure, scalability, and transparency with clear inquarter execution outputs

Essential Experience:


  • Experience managing or designing solutions and/or gotomarket strategies, plays, and campaigns, in an earlystage business,
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the CEO, Sales, and Product teams and effectively develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to remove impediments that block the team's ability to meet project objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, (Arabic is desirable but not essential)
  • Proven track record of crossstakeholder program management and execution with operational rigor
  • Skills to build, maintain, update, and optimise critical dashboards,
  • Bachelors or University Degree, or relevant work experiences
  • Collaborates well with others, including executives across multiple functions
  • Ability to move fluidly from the big picture to details
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience working closely with and supporting sales and account management teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fastgrowing startup

Non-Essential Experience:


  • B2B demand generation experience in, the UAE and the Middle East supporting multiple countries, cultures, languages, and markets of different readiness levels.
  • Proven ability to plan, brief, develop, manage, organize, and execute marketing strategy and activity across multiple markets and channels.
  • Experience and knowledge in the Proptech industry are desirable but not essential.

Salary:
£40,000- £60,000
