We're recruiting within our Debt Administration & Payments Team
Adam Dunleavy, leading our Debt Administration and Payments team of six, is looking for a process-driven individual who can build rapport well and deliver consistently high standards of client service across the wider Dignity Group.
This permanent, full-time, hybrid working position, is an integral role within our organisation and one which can offer a unique career path within the funeral services industry.

Let's take a closer look at what your day-to-day will look like
- Maintain a central database for all Direct Debits for both Pre-Need and Crematoria
- Prepare and submit fortnightly Direct Debit runs for both Pre-Need and the Crematoria division
- Compile monthly debtor's data for Pre-Need and present the analysis to senior management each month
- Ensure all petty cash is applied on a monthly basis
Must haves we're looking for in experience for this role:
- Knowledge of working in a similar role to this or having worked in a fast-paced administrative environment is ideal
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and motivational skills
- Fast learner with an ability to get uptospeed in a short space of time
- Good reasoning skills with the ability to manage workloads effectively in order to meet SLA's
- Organised, hardworking and can work on their own initiative or as part of a team effectively
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels and across functions in the organisation
