This role will report full-time ON-SITE at our London Office.

The Role:

We are looking for a full time Production Assistant to join the growing production team in

London on a 6 month contract.

The role will be focused on assisting the production team.

You will be asked to help with a variety of tasks as needed on a day-to-day basis, including research, admin, file management, and assisting with pre-production and production processes.

It is crucial that you are highly organised and able to work independently, so good time management and prioritisation will be expected.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Producer and Coordinator to assist in the daytoday workflow, assignments, facilitation of communication, calendar scheduling, notetaking, and asset organisation across the production.
Support in the maintenance and updating of the comprehensive database of files across all elements of the production
Work closely with the Senior Producer to ensure the coordination of assets and feedback from pre through to post production
Assistance in tracking and maintaining the work status and approvals for each stage of the production
Bookings of studios etc as required
PO logging
Receiving, logging and trafficking feedback from internal sources and the network
Ensure assets, once completed, are properly organised and categorised on the server.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

1+ years experience in Production Management in children's animation on a CG series, or a similar field.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Exceptional time management and leadership skills.
Comfortable working across multiple time zones and multitasking on multiple projects at once.
A selfstarter and have excellent teamwork skills.
Excellent Production Management skills and keen working knowledge of the animation pipeline.
