THE COMPANY:

This retail company is looking for an individual who can come in and really help with innovation, creativity, and growth This retailer offers a flat structure, enabling you to really come in and make the role your own


THE ROLE:

As a CRO Analyst you will be building out the team by:

  • Creating reporting framework
  • Providing actionable insights
  • Forming CRO strategies
  • Building suggestions on what tests would benefit the wider business

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful CRO Analyst has the following skills and experience:

  • Proven commercial experience in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management.
  • Commercial experience in using A/B testing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced commercial environment.
  • Advanced SQL/Google Big Query knowledge

THE BENEFITS:

You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £45,000. On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.
