We're looking for an Executive Assistant who expects more from their career. It's an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.


What we expect from you

  • Support senior business leaders in room bookings, travel arrangements, team coordination and other associated tasks
  • Provide administrative support with purchase orders, expenses, new supplier setup, approvals, printing, catering orders, signatures and incoming post
  • Own diary management, helping to set up new meetings, rescheduling recurring meetings, room bookings, attendance tracking and setting agendas
  • Assist in setting up events such as planning the agenda, assisting with the running of the event and dealing with any associated contract and financial administration.
  • Work with other Executive Administrators and Administrative Assistants to better understand, share knowledge and work on the improvement of business support processes
  • Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business
