Description

Fox Morris Group are currently working to recruit a
Transport Officer. This is a
full-time role, on a
6 month+ contract.

Rate:
£14.17-£17.46+ per hour (negotiable dependant on experience)

Hours: 37 per week

Experience of being able to input and extract data in databases and spreadsheets,
Previous front line working with internal and external customers, including dealing with difficult and challenging customers
A transport background would be ideal but not essential as full training will be given.

Role responsibilities

Investigating complaints from transport providers, parents/carers, schools and members of staff and deciding the outcome,
Establishment checks at schools,
Recording accurate data from meetings.
