The post holders role as the ward social inclusion worker will be to support our patients with their journey to recovery, by promoting leisure, education and employment while moving towards discharge.
Main duties of the job:
The post holder will focus on the issues which prevent service users achieving their own personal recovery/ independence.
The post holder will have responsibility for actively participating as a key member of the mental health team (and multi-disciplinary team, where appropriate).
The post holder will maintain, develop and evidence your knowledge, skills and competencies at all opportunities while managing a case load as delegated by your supervisor.
