A PE backed SaaS business have a large amount of M&A activity and are looking to recruit an FP&A consultant to focus on post-acquisition integration.

The business aims to complete up to 15 acquisitions a year, ranging from 5 to 70 mil EV. The role will mainlyentail modelling, forecasting and general alignment of acquisitions into the existing business. The investors are looking for an experienced interim to help drive the business into its next phase of growth.

Role Responsibilities:

Updating the existing financial model to include and integrate new acquisitions
Creating forecasting models for newly acquired businesses to align with the investor's business plans
Assisting in the refinement of the general financial integration plan
Other ad hoc planning financial planning and analysis projects
