AceOn Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join and manage our small sales team in order to establish AceOn as one of the leading battery pack manufacturers and distributors in the UK.

**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of a Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the sales and business development with existing sales team.
  • Establish positioning, identify targeted clients, and develop sales and marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Lead generation and business opportunities development. Execution of sales & marketing programmes from start to finish.
  • Identify opportunities to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Account managing key existing customers.
  • Work on new battery design projects alongside our Technical Team.
  • Communicate directly with customers and encourage positive, trusting relationships.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting and extract key insights for future campaign development and gotomarket strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Sales Manager are:

  • A Sales background and/or qualifications, ideally with at least 3 years' experience in sales and at least 1 year management, ideally with some experience in the battery/electrical sector.
  • Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • A professional approach and a positive commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • A highly motivated, proactive, organised and effective management style.
