Position Job Team Lead

Location Remote First - principally home based with some travel required (suitable for colleagues in Scotland and England)

Salary £29,077 + excellent benefits

Hours 35 hours per week (flexible working)

Status Fixed Term - 12 months

As a Team Lead, you'll lead a team of Mentors working directly with a caseload of customers facing challenging circumstances.

You will provide leadership and guidance to the Mentors, helping them to assess the needs of customers and devising plans to change their lives for the better.

The Team Lead will take ownership for leading, motivating and developing colleagues to enable them to provide high quality services and sustain a positive culture while also ensuring KPI's are monitored and achieved.

We are seeking individuals with the confidence and effective leadership with an inclusive and collaborative approach, as well as the ability to inspire, coach and motivate others.
