Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Scheduling of engineers, compilation, and distribution of engineer's work schedules
- Opening and closing of job cards
- Daily service invoicing
- Work in Progress
- Follow credit control policies and procedures
- General clerical tasks.
- Carry out any other duties that may be considered relevant to the position within the terms of your contract of employment

Must-haves
- At least 2 years' experience in a service/customer focused role
- I.T literate and proficient in using Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
Desirable extras
- Own transport with clean driving licence
- Experience of working within a similar sector
Location
We are looking for a reliable and flexible, well organised individual who has a proactive approach to work.
Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
