Description

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


  • Scheduling of engineers, compilation, and distribution of engineer's work schedules
  • Opening and closing of job cards
  • Daily service invoicing
  • Work in Progress
  • Follow credit control policies and procedures
  • General clerical tasks.
  • Carry out any other duties that may be considered relevant to the position within the terms of your contract of employment

Must-haves

  • At least 2 years' experience in a service/customer focused role
  • I.T literate and proficient in using Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner

Desirable extras

  • Own transport with clean driving licence
  • Experience of working within a similar sector

Location
We are looking for a reliable and flexible, well organised individual who has a proactive approach to work.


Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
