Role & Responsibilities

  • Assisting Senior Contracts Administrator
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Arranging installation dates with client's direct suppliers
  • Maintaining spreadsheets to ensure records are up to date
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and multitask is vital
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work using your own initiative
  • Good communication skills (Written & verbal)
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Full training will be provided
