Role & Responsibilities
- Assisting Senior Contracts Administrator
- Answering telephone calls
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Arranging installation dates with client's direct suppliers
- Maintaining spreadsheets to ensure records are up to date
- Maintaining stock levels
- Ability to organise, prioritise and multitask is vital
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work using your own initiative
- Good communication skills (Written & verbal)
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Full training will be provided
Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
