As a Care Assistant your day to day will never be the same, however as part of your role you may support customers to get washed and dressed (personal care) or help people with their food and dietary needs.

You may be asked to help people take their medication and also help them out with tasks that promote their individual independence.

Your priority will always just be to make people smile, to offer company, to hold a hand; to bring joy, care, respect, dignity and compassion.

Belong are a sector leading not for profit care provider based in the North West and West Midlands.
