Charity Talent Recruitment are recruiting for a Temp
Trust Fundraising Coordinatorfor an Animal charity.


Are you a talented
Trust Fundraising Coordinator, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can support the Philanthropy and Trusts team with all fundraising and administrative tasks? If so then you could be perfect formy client, a Animal Charity based in London.

This is a 3 month temp role for 2 days per week is an ASAP start. It will 2 days in the office near Victoria Station
(SW1V 1JU), London.


The Role:
As the Temp
Trust Fundraising Coordinator you will be doing the following tasks:

  • Ensure the trust data is clean and managed well on the CRM system.
  • Be the first point of contact for supporters and members.
  • Send out thank you letters and cards to appropriate members.
  • You will effectively respond to all enquiries and requests for information into the Trust team.
  • Update records on our fundraising database.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a personable and flexible approach.
  • Experience working in a customer service role
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Someone who can take initiative and do independent work
  • Someone who is organised and efficient
