Transport Coordination Team Leader

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Transport Coordination Team Leader to supervise all fleet administration tasks, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate all fleet administration tasks using the Key2 Fleet Management system.
  • Ensure compliance with Operator's license obligations and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, vehicle movements, and compliance documents.
  • Manage fleet accounts and conduct periodic review meetings.
  • Schedule repairs and maintain vehicles to optimize fleet availability.
  • Manage vehicle documentation and insurance matters.
  • Update fleet records, including mileage and driver assignments.
  • Collaborate with external service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist in fleet procurement and disposal processes.
  • Support fleet safety programs and driver training initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.

Skills Required:


  • Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) required.
  • Clean driving license.
  • Previous experience in fleet administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
  • Knowledge of DMV policies and procedures is advantageous.
