I am currently partnering with a reputable business located in the Blackburn area in their search for a HR Advisor to join their people team.

This is a truly varied role where you will gain fantastic experience in taking responsibility for the following:


  • Advising Managers on all areas of HR policy and process advice
  • Proactively coaching Managers
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist in attracting top talent
  • Leading on performance and absence management
  • Enhancing early careers programmes within the business
  • Being the first point of contact for HR queries
Please note this is a hybrid role and my client are willing to consider reduced / flexible working hours.
