The Workplace Experience (WE) team is a global team focussed on enhancing employee experience and culture. We create engaging work environments that reflect our culture, where employees feel welcome, connected & productive.

Reporting to the Manager for WorkplaceExperience, EMEA, the Workplace Experience Coordinator in London will join a dynamic & passionate team dedicated to curating exceptional experiences for everyone who comes to the London office.

They will ensure that all operational aspects of the London officerun smoothly, and be the face of the London office, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for all employees & visitors, and owning the day-to-day workplace operations of our office in Tech City near Shoreditch.


What will I be doing ?:

  • Be the welcoming face of the London office. This includes meeting & greeting visitors (guests, interviewees, customers, vendors etc.), managing incoming & outgoing deliveries and keeping the access control system up to
date.

  • Act as the WE team pointofcontact for all company employees in London,
including new hires & visiting employees.

  • Monitor our internal messenger system to track & respond to employee queries in a friendly & efficient manner.
  • Own the condition of the office at all times, making sure it is always tidy, professional, presentable & clutterfree.
& in person.

  • Act as the key point of contact for building management, service vendors (maintenance, catering & cleaning) and IT to ensure office services are always delivered to the highest standards, from ensuring meeting rooms are fully functional to ensuring mealsalways arrive on time, and everything in between.
  • Build strong relationships with the teams in the office (majority R&D), and local leadership to find fun and creative ways to bring the office together through events, programs and initiatives.
  • Own ontheground execution of global WE team programs & initiatives which include Food, Events, Sustainability, Visitor Experience & Customer Service.

What skills & experience do I need?:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in the areas of Workplace, Customer Service or Hospitality in a fast-paced environment
  • experience in tech is a big plus.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships across functions and
levels.

  • Experience managing thirdparty vendors.
  • Track record of working both independently & as part of a team.
  • Some experience in employee engagement and event management is a
bonus.

  • Good understanding of the basics of office IT & AV.
  • Familiarity with G Suite, Slack & Envoy are a bonus, but not essential.
