Description

We are looking for an individual to work: days / evening / alternate weekends in our supported living flats. Day shift hours vary a lot within the supported living depending on client's needs. We are offering part time or full-time contracts on day shifts.

The supported living gives us a total of 12 flats accommodating up to 15 individuals.

We are predominantly a Learning disability service but we do have clients and tenants that have a variety of needs.

Duties may include but are not limited to: Light cleaning, some meal prep, observations and checks to safeguard clients, Some Laundry duties (washing, drying, ironing) Continence support and personal care, activities support.

We are looking for someone who believes in treating our clients like individuals, with dignity and respect and who wants to help others to achieve goals, learn new skills and be as independent as possible and live a full life.

We are a small team currently of around 25 Employees (inc. Management) and someone who is friendly, confident, reliable and willing to learn would fit perfectly into our team.

Part-time hours: 20-37 per week

£10.50 per hour
