Administrative Assistant / Receptionist


Location:
Lyndhurst


Hours:
Rotational Shift Pattern - Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-11pm


Salary:
£20419


Start Date:
TBC - Interview being held from the 5th January 2024

Main Responsibilities

  • To demonstrate excellent customer service, through the delivery of accurate and efficient customer communication in a professional, friendly and approachable manner
  • To accurately process booking information using an electronic database (Cinolla)
  • To assist the Front Office Manager with administering event programmes
  • To undertake basic financial tasks to support the Finance Officer and Front Office Manager
  • To liaise with all relevant department heads regarding future bookings
  • To maintain relevant paper and electronic filing systems, including customer records in accordance with GDPR guidelines
  • To assist the Front Office Manager with ensuring training resources and stationary items are available
  • To support the daily operation of the site in preparing for customer arrivals and running the onsite shop & bar
  • To attend any staff training or meetings as required
  • To support with other areas of the business when needed

Required

  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent verbal & Written communication
  • Flexible with working Days/Hours
  • Experience in working within an Administrative or Receptionist position
  • Excellent Customer Service

Preferred

  • Knowledge/experience processing payments
  • Driver with own vehicle
  • This is due to the location and days hours required to work
