Powder Coat Operative

Hours:
AM Shift - 06:00 - 14:30 Fri 06:00 - 13:30

Pay Rate:
£10.50 per hour

Reporting to:
Powder Coat Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Loading pipe onto the framework

- checking quality of pipe, welds, ensuring no damages or defects before powder coating
- checking inside the pipe for coupons ensuring all waste has been removed
- making sure each pipe has been capped to prevent shotblast, painting entering the pipework
- blowing off the shotblast
- de-capping and blowing off any residue from the finish product
- checking quality of finished product, ensuring no damages to paintwork

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months

Salary:
£10.50 per hour
