Founded in 1987 by a vintage aircraft enthusiast, our client specialises in restoring WWI fighters and high-performance racing and aerobatic aeroplanes.


On behalf of our client, we are searching for a self-motivated experienced sheet metal detail fitter, knowledgeable in aerospace materials and their properties.


Essential Requirements:


  • Previous experience working as a Sheet Metal Fitter
  • An ability to understand engineering drawings and process specifications is essential.
  • Piece part manufacture of parts from scratch to final fitting.
  • Primary airframe assembly work and system installation.
  • Experience working with basic hydraulic and fuel systems will be an advantage.
  • The position does not require the applicant to hold national or EASA aircraft maintenance engineer qualifications.
