Description

Field Sales Specialist will identify, retain, grow and manage a growing Portfolio of merchants, retailer and restaurant businesses using our Epos and Card Payment solutions.

He/she will meet and exceed all company and individual goals in line with the company's policies, procedures and values.

Responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to:
Manage a portfolio of selected and allocated merchants in the territory.

Develop strong relationships with merchants to ensure long term loyalty to the Company.

Retain the existing portfolio production by ensuring the monthly set targets are met.

Increase the existing portfolio transactional volume.

Conduct competitor research to learn more about merchants and needs at each existing location and log the information using the company CMS tool.

Ensure all necessary marketing materials are in place at every merchant location.

Promote the range of product and services to the merchants, using promotion material to include flyers and other Marketing communication tools.

Identify challenges and propose positive solutions that are in line with the company growth expectations in order to overcome any challenge.

Option to expand the merchant base by identifying, approaching, signing, and onboarding new merchants.

Qualifications:

We will require you to have at least a High School diploma or a higher education level to work in this role.

Furthermore, we will look for individuals with:
Fluent English +**At least 1 years' experience in Sales, Sales Support, Sales Promoter, Customer Service or customer/agent support role.

Strong work ethic and positive attitude;

Experience working with clients and building relationships;
Excellent communication skills

Excellent time management skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Ability to work well under pressure;
Excellent customer service skills;
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
