Description
SearchDATA is currently recruiting for a 2nd/3rd Line Service Desk Analyst for a professional services firm based in central Manchester.
This is a brand new role to support the growth of the organisation and offers involvement in exciting new projects from day one.

- Updating and maintaining the ticket management systems to make sure detailed record of incidents/resolutions are kept.
- Building and maintaining workstations for new/moving staff.
- Maintaining the Networks, and dealing with any cabling issues within the company
- Working Businesswide along side project leaders on projects surrounding the service desk or related areas
Key Technical Disciplines desired:
- Windows OS (Windows 10, Server 2008 and 2012)
- Active Directory (preferably Azure Active Directory)
- Networking, VoIP
- Cisco, Antivirus
- Office 36
- Azure
- Mimecast
- Meraki
Personality metrics:
A very strong communicator and proactive team player (friendly, credible, articulate and proactive) that can work with an ambitious sales force.
