This role is a mix of 60% Credit Control and 40% Office Administration.


Part-time Credit Control & Admin - The Benefits

  • Part time role, Monday to Friday
hours per week, however this is negotiable (times can be flexible)

  • No weekend work
  • Annual salary of £19,000 to £24,000 DOE
  • 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, which increases up to 25 days with length of service

Part-time Credit Control & Admin - The Job Description

  • Managing debtor book and client payments
  • Liaising with our clients to resolve invoice and payment queries
  • Inputting information and updates into Sage
  • Liaising with clients and chasing for renewal PO's for service contracts
  • Responsible for management of fleet vehicles
  • Responsible for the renewals of company insurances

Part-time Credit Control & Admin - Skills Required

  • Experience of using Microsoft Excel and Sage
  • Office Admin Experience
  • Strong attention to detail
