The New Collaborative Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a Human Resources Officer for Wingfield Academy, Rotherham.

As a HR Generalist you will provide a comprehensive range of HR support, taking a lead on HR work and employee relations matters for the Academy, whilst being supported by the wider Human Resources Team.

You will undertake work in areas such as recruitment and selection, new starter processes, contracts, HR management systems and employment relations issues (sickness absence, flexible working requests, performance issues etc).

The role will be based primarily Wingfield Academy, Rotherham but occasional work at the Trust Head Office in Normanton will be required.

There is the opportunity to work more frequently from the Trust Head Office (1 or 2 days per week) if this is preferred, although this is not essential.

Salary:
£27,579 - £30,314 FTE (actual salary £24,514 - £26,946) depending on experience
