Flashlite Technical Services are a small but busy company who have an exciting opportunity for a business administrator/bookkeeper to work within our office in the west end of Glasgow on a full-time basis.

We are ideally seeking someone with sage account software experience and strong interpersonal skills.


Job description & Duties

  • General administrative and housekeeping duties
  • Invoicing for services and chasing up any outstanding payments
  • Reconciling invoices with bank statements
  • Updating bank statements weekly
  • Ensure financial records are kept up to date and accurate
  • Prepare monthly financial statements using Excel / Sage
  • Managing client enquiries and liaising with other members of staff
  • Management of employee timesheets
  • Tracking employee holidays and absence
  • Liaising with clients and account coordination
  • Processing monthly payroll, expenses and pensions
  • Processing VAT returns
  • Administration experience or qualification, required
  • SAGE Account Software knowledge/experience, training can be given if required
  • Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills


  • Competent PC user

  • MS Outlook & Office
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and good organisational skills are essential
  • Customer service experience
  • Completing tasks to strict deadlines.
  • A detailfocused person who can demonstrate the ability to organise their work

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
