Flashlite Technical Services are a small but busy company who have an exciting opportunity for a business administrator/bookkeeper to work within our office in the west end of Glasgow on a full-time basis.
We are ideally seeking someone with sage account software experience and strong interpersonal skills.Job description & Duties
- General administrative and housekeeping duties
- Invoicing for services and chasing up any outstanding payments
- Reconciling invoices with bank statements
- Updating bank statements weekly
- Ensure financial records are kept up to date and accurate
- Prepare monthly financial statements using Excel / Sage
- Managing client enquiries and liaising with other members of staff
- Management of employee timesheets
- Tracking employee holidays and absence
- Liaising with clients and account coordination
- Processing monthly payroll, expenses and pensions
- Processing VAT returns
- Administration experience or qualification, required
- SAGE Account Software knowledge/experience, training can be given if required
- Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent PC user
- MS Outlook & Office
- Attention to detail, reliability, and good organisational skills are essential
- Customer service experience
- Completing tasks to strict deadlines.
- A detailfocused person who can demonstrate the ability to organise their work
Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
