Job Introduction

Would you like to be a part of an exciting new team offering direct support to families experiencing mental health issues? If so, this could be the role for you.

As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will have your own case load of parents/carers and will provide safety planning and intervention directly to parents/carers who have mental health issues.

This hands on, collaborative role will involve consultations with parents and carers, as well as regularly working with other practitioners and social work colleagues to effectively deliver evidence-based mental health programmes.

Plus, where parents require psychiatric review or long term mental health support, practitioners will need to liaise with the Mental Health Adult Treatment Service.

Interviews will take place in early September, the date will be confirmed at a later stage.
