About the role
We re looking for experienced Housing Support Officers to join our team.

You must have a genuine passion for working with vulnerable adults using your knowledge and skills to support individuals to maintain their tenancies and secure permanent accommodation.

Responsibilities:

• Travelling to various properties providing weekly housing support sessions to individuals
• Supporting residents with their housing needs and signposting to relevant agencies.
• Creating / updating housing support plans
• Carrying out risk assessments.
• Weekly smoke and fire alarm testing
• Reporting repairs
• Record Keeping

Salary:
£18,756.00-£19,000.00 per year
