Duties/Responsibilities


Identify and take responsibility for the development of any/all assets/collateral required to deliver marketing campaigns, ensuring they're on-message and on-brand and to a high standard for the business.

Ensuring brand guidelines are in place and adhered to across all departments and locations.


Develop the service lines case study library to help support and equip our sales teams with the tools and credentials we need to stand out and emphasise our company strengths.


Collaborating with all sales and BDM teams to ensure that they have access to and understanding of the marketing tools available, supporting them to leverage relevant marketing communications and campaigns.


Assess requirements from BDM teams to create new marketing tools as required, increasing brand awareness to aid in achieving and exceeding growth targets.

Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and nurture new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure


Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Analysis and order promotional items and events.


Qualification & Experience

  • Relevant University qualification (BA/BSc) or equivalent Diploma/ Masters qualification in Marketing preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years experience required.
  • Knowledge of professional services industries in funds is a must, and financial services industry preferred.
  • Experience of producing marketing communications.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Metricsdriven marketing mind.
  • Experience with marketing automation.
  • Understanding of GDPR.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple demands in a fastpaced environment is essential
