Business Operations Manager - Hybrid


Salary:
£36.00 per hour


This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global tech company as a Business Operations Manager on a 12 month temporary basis.

As Business Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing and executing small and large scale projects including paymentsand physical product distribution improvement.


Business Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently identify and recommend creative ways to improve on solutions to defined problems via selection of better methods/tools
  • Address commonly escalated issues or triage when required, in a timely manner
  • Anticipate challenges through evaluation and analysis of data and business needs
  • Work within one or more teams to communicate knowledge related to a broad set of tasks
  • Understand and identify key stakeholders and what is needed from them to drive programs forward
  • Influence stakeholders at varying levels, including senior leaders when building networks and contribute to crossteam collaboration
  • Coordinate timelines, goals, and objectives for assigned component(s) of a program
  • Exchange information and best practices with the team, helping to maximise efficiency and reduce rework
  • Create and inform team members of new process improvements within the project
  • Recognise and independently identify opportunities for improvement

Business Operations Manager Essentials:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within Project or Account Management roles
  • Experience managing and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working within Operations management
  • Experience managing small and large projects from concept to execution
