An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic successful family run business specialising in classic and contemporary vehicle wiring harnesses.
Based in Sandiacre we supply products worldwide to both trade and private clients. Due to expansion we are looking for an experienced finance assistant.Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly payroll
- Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare and process payment runs
- Chasing payment of receivable invoices
- Prepare monthend closing figures
- VAT Reporting every quarter.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Creating weekly accounts
- Admin and adhoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an accounts/finance assistant or similar role
- Experience in Excel
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
