Our fabulous #TeamNLSLDrumpellier are on the lookout for fun, outgoing individuals with a good sense of humour and proactive approach to join them as Support Practitioners on a permanent basis.


You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even put you through your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and fund your annual SSSC fee

**For this role we will need you to hold a full manual driving licence.

The Role


As a Support Practitioner, you will support day to day personal needs including meal planning, cooking, housework, support to appointments and prompting with personal care and medication.

Our fabulous team support an older gent with a heart of gold and an infectious smile.

He has an amazing personality consisting of smiles, giggles and laughter He enjoys interacting with his staff by taking their hand, being vocal in his own way via his famous 'Hey up' saying and shouting for staff.


The person we support is a social butterfly and enjoys walks around the community, particularly the Lochs for a bit of people watching.

Another favourite activity is Ice Skating, despite being in a wheelchair this does not stop him from doing exciting fun filled activities with his staff.

He has such a positive impact on everyone around him and really is a pleasure to work with. After a busy day the person we support enjoys nothing more than some alone time to relax.

Support Practitioner you will be:

Shift Patterns


We provide flexible, customer-led services providing 2:1 support seven days a week, with shifts between 8am until 10pm weekends and public holidays and on a rota basis.
