Bluebell are looking for an experienced administrative assistant for an immediate start in the Abergavenny area.

The job role will include

  • Working within a busy office environment
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Data entry
Required skills

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a must. (MS Excel including formulas and graphs, MS Word and Power BI in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type:
Temporary contract


Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
